Lembeh Straits Snorkeling

The 2nd most popular snorkel dive spot in Indonesia.

East of Manado and northeast of Bitung on the island of Sulawesi, the snorkeling in the Lembeh Straits is known for its plentiful marine life and coral species. When snorkeling in the Lembeh Straits, keep your eyes open for moray eels, scorpionfish and jawfish.

There is also excellent snorkeling in the nearby Bunaken National Maritime Park.

Tip - While snorkeling off Lembeh Straits, make sure to use a diver down flag since the boaters tend to drive fast and be unaware of snorkelers in the water.

Overall, Lembeh Straits is the 2nd most popular snorkel dive spot of all 8 snorkeling dives in Indonesia.
