Off the volcanic island of Saba in the Netherlands Antilles, the snorkeling at Hot Springs is well known. The coastline drops off steeply and the visibility ranges from 15-25 feet.

The Saba National Marine Park encirlces the island to protect the diverse marine life and coral. Within the coastal areas of the marine park, there are 29 permanent mooring buoys. There are plenty of roads and trails leading to the best snorkeling sites on Saba. While snorkeling in the Saba Marine Park, keep in mind there is a daily usage fee. During the winter months, the water visibility is exception on the leeward dive sites.

To reach the snorkeling on Saba by air, fly into Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport (SAB) located on the northeast corner of the island. There are daily flights from St Martin airport (SXM). Alternately, there is a daily ferry from the nearby island of St Marten by both Great Bay Express and Edge Ferries.

Overall, Hot Springs is the 6th most popular snorkel dive spot of all 9 snorkeling dives in Saba.
