Darlene Bay Snorkeling

The 2nd most popular snorkel dive spot in St Eustatius.

South of Oranjestad, the snorkeling at Darlene Bay offers good diving among shallow coral reefs up to 20 feet deep. While snorkeling, you may see sea whips, sea fans and turtles.

The shore access is difficult, so boat access is recommended. The boat mooring points are offshore in sandy flats.

To reach the snorkeling dive sites of St Eustatius by air, fly into FD Roosevelt Airport (EUX), which is located in the middle of the island just northeast of Oranjestad. In addition, there is also a ferry service available from the nearby island of St Maarten.

Overall, Darlene Bay is the 2nd most popular snorkel dive spot of all 5 snorkeling dives in St Eustatius.
