South of Cockburn Town off the west coast of Grand Turk, the snorkeling at the old pier off the south dock has diverse marine life. The boat or shore accessed snorkeling dive site around the old steel pier has waters from 10 feet to 25 feet deep. While snorkeling, you may encounter southern stingrays, peacock flounder, octopus, sea horses, and frogfish.
Grand Turk is located 70 miles southeast of Providenciales and there is no public ferry service.To reach the snorkeling on Turks and Caicos by air, fly into Providenciales International Airport (PLS) located in the middle of the island.
