Off the northeast coast of Saba, the snorkeling at Green Island offers diverse marine life including parrotfish and angelfish. The Green Island dive site is a boat-accessed location marked by Buoy #26.
The Saba National Marine Park encirlces the island to protect the diverse marine life and coral. Within the coastal areas of the marine park, there are 29 permanent mooring buoys. There are plenty of roads and trails leading to the best snorkeling sites on Saba. While snorkeling in the Saba Marine Park, keep in mind there is a daily usage fee. During the winter months, the water visibility is exception on the leeward dive sites.
To reach the snorkeling on Saba by air, fly into Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport (SAB) located on the northeast corner of the island. Alternately, there is a daily ferry from the nearby island of St Maarten.
