North of St Georges on the west coast of Grenada, the snorkeling at Dragon Bay is a scenic dive site. The protected Dragon Bay dive site is located in the Grenada Marine Protected Area. The water in Dragon Bay is usually calm and clear. This is luminous coral garden is a popular place for observing angelfish, octopus, Caribbean spiny lobsters, stingrays, sea turtles and black corals along with very small seahorses. The water depth is around 25 feet.

To reach the snorkeling on Grenada by air, fly into Maurice Bishop International Airport (GND), which is located on the southwest end of the island relatively close to the Grenada Marine Protected Area.

Note, there is an Grenada Marine Protected Area usage fee of $2.25 per person per day.
