West of Adelaide on the southern end of Yorke Peninsula, the snorkeling off Chinamans Hat Island is known for its eagle rays and lobsters. This boat-accessed dive site is located in the Southern Spencer Gulf Marine Park. Chinamans Hat Island is within a protected sanctuary zone.
