Rio Bueno Bay Snorkeling

The 16th most popular snorkel dive spot in Jamaica.

East of Montego Bay and west of Runaway Bay, the snorkeling at Rio Bueno Bay offers a variety of marine life to observe. In these protected waters, here are coral reefs just offshore that makes snorkelling enjoyable. This is the house reef offshore of Breezes Rio Bueno Resort. During Rio Bueno Bay snorkeling, you may encounter angelfish, butterflyfish, wrasses, parrotfish, chromis and turtles among the sea fans, elkhorn coral and brain coral formations.

To reach the snorkeling on Jamaica by air, you can use either Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) near Kingston or Sangster International Airport (MBJ) near Montego Bay. The Rio Bueno Bay snorkeling is located about 0.7 miles to the east of RIo Bueno offshore of Breezes Rio Bueno Resort.

Overall, Rio Bueno Bay is the 16th most popular snorkel dive spot of all 20 snorkeling dives in Jamaica.
