Bluefields Bay Beach Snorkeling

Northwest of Black River and southeast of Negril, the snorkelling at Bluefields Bay Beach offers offshore corals and rocks to observe. This dive site is located about 1.5 miles to the north of Belmont. During Bluefields Bay Beach snorkeling dives, you may encounter butterflyfish, sting rays, parrotfish, squirrelfish, angelfish and eagle rays among the elkhorn coral and brain coral.

To reach the snorkeling on Jamaica by air, you can use either Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) near Kingston or Sangster International Airport (MBJ) near Montego Bay.

Overall, Bluefields Bay Beach is the 19th most popular snorkel dive spot of all 20 snorkeling dives in Jamaica. Several of the better snorkeling spots are nearby Bluefields Bay Beach including Treasure Beach, Font Hill Beach Park and Parkers Bay.
