Musandam Peninsula Snorkeling

In the northwestern part of Oman, the snorkeling off the Musandam Peninsula is known for reefs of stony coral and soft coral. Located in the Arabian Sea, this region is the home of the Fjords Of Arabia. One of the more popular snorkeling dive sites is the boat-accessed Telegraph Island. While snorkeling off the peninsula, you may encounter nurse sharks, sunfish, barracuda and stingrays.

To reach the snorkeling in Oman by air, fly into Muscat International Airport (MCT).
