Near Mudjin Harbon on North Caicos, the snorkeling at Dragon Cay is known for a close offshore island. There is good snorkeling on both sides of the little island. During Dragon Cay snorkeling, you may encounter yellowtail snapper, angelfish, chub, bar jacks and grouper. Further to the west down the beach, there are also several other cays offshore that would be worth checking out. The Mudjin Harbor parking area is located to the west of the village of Conch Bar.

To reach the snorkeling on Turks and Caicos by air, fly into Providenciales International Airport (PLS) located in the middle of the island. The island of Middle Caicos can be reached from Providenciales by charter snorkeling tour boat or by live-aboard boat. Also, there is regular ferry service provided by Caribbean Cruisin (45 minutes). In addition, keep in mind that Middle Caicos and North Caicos are interconnected by a causeway, albiet a rough road, so you can rent a car on one island to explore both.
